A research library of approximately 1800 books and 400 journal issues on Christian education, religious education, practical theology, empirical theology, the psychology of religion and cognate areas was developed, maintained and housed by the Institute. It was made available for use by a wide range of students and researchers.
Prior to the Institute’s closure in April 2013, the library was distributed among a range of other educational libraries and resources centres, primarily in Durham and other sites in the North of England.
